Many pastors are in need of an objective voice of counsel and wisdom as they wrestle with tough personal, family and ministry issues. Others are on the verge of quitting due to stress, conflict or personal breakdown. Yet, most pastors cannot afford the professional help they so often need. So they labor on, often hoping to survive somehow.

The Leadership Restoration Fund is designed to provide guidance and financial support for pastors seeking assistance. First, we provide professional assessment by phone for any pastor who may feel he is in need of professional assistance. Second, we provide necessary funding for counseling for pastors in crisis to acquire the assistance they may require. Additionally, we network leaders in need with a competent local counselor or regional retreat center. Help us help our leaders stay in the lead. If they do not stay in the fight, we are not going to win the war.
