Beyond The Role

A 6-Week Coaching Experience for Pastors’ Wives

Beyond the Role

You pour out faithfully — who pours into you?

Pastors’ wives often carry unseen pressures, deep responsibilities, and emotional weight while faithfully caring for others. This coaching group is designed to provide a confidential, grace-filled space where pastors’ wives can pause, reflect, process, and reconnect with who God created them to be beyond the demands of ministry.

This is not counseling or another ministry leadership training program. It is a faith-rooted coaching experience designed to help women grow in clarity, confidence, emotional health, and spiritual alignment while being supported by others who understand the unique realities of ministry life.

Each week includes guided coaching conversations, personal reflection, practical growth tools, meaningful connection, and concludes with a time of Scripture Fed, Spirit Led, Worship Based Prayer.

Your Coach - Kim King

Headshot of Kim

For most of my life, I have loved walking alongside people, listening to their stories, encouraging them, and helping them see things in themselves that maybe they couldn’t see on their own.

Long before I became a Life Coach, God was preparing me through the different opportunities He placed in my life. I’ve served as a Women’s Ministry Director, an ESL Director, Bible Teacher and Mentor. Through each of those roles, I had the privilege of getting to know women from many different backgrounds and stages of life.

I listened to their stories. I watched them grow. I encouraged them when life was hard and celebrated with them when things were going well.

And looking back, I can see how God was preparing me for the work I do today.

My heart is especially for pastor’s wives.

Being a pastor’s wife can be such a meaningful and rewarding role, but it can also come with a lot of expectations. There are many people who need you. Many roles you may fill. And sometimes, in the middle of taking care of everyone else, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself.

That’s where Strategic Renewal wants to come alongside you and give you a space just for you.

A space where you can be honest. Where you don’t have to have all the answers. Where you can talk about what’s going well, what’s hard, what you’re struggling with, or maybe even something you’ve been thinking about but haven’t had anyone to talk to about.

As a coach, I’m not here to tell you what to do or pretend that I have all the answers. I believe you already have so much within you. Sometimes, it just helps to have someone walking beside you—someone who will listen, ask thoughtful questions, encourage you, and help you see things from a different perspective.

My faith is at the heart of everything I do. I believe God has created each of us with unique gifts, strengths, and purpose. And I believe we never stop growing into the people He created us to be.

My hope is that when we spend time together, you will feel seen, heard, encouraged, and reminded that you matter too.

Because you are more than the role you fill.

You are more than the expectations placed on you.

You are a woman with your own story, gifts, dreams, and purpose.
