Your Coach
Travis Doucette
Travis is a worship leader, coach, and songwriter passionately invested in the health of the local church. For over 25 years he has led worship, taught worship theology, and written CCLI-charted songs as he’s traveled across the U.S. and beyond.
With a heart to come alongside worship leaders, Travis offers hands-on coaching and training that bridges musical excellence with spiritual depth.
His desire is to see worship teams rooted in prayer, thriving in their calling, and aligned with their church’s mission.

Daniel Henderson
As a senior pastor for nearly three decades, Daniel brought prayer-based revitalization to thousands in congregations in California and Minnesota. Now, as the President of Strategic Renewal and Global Director of The 6:4 Fellowship, Daniel dedicates his full-time efforts to helping congregations experience renewal. As a “pastor to pastors” he coaches leaders around the world and speaks at a variety of leadership conferences. He is the author of thirteen books including, Old Paths, New Power, Transforming Prayer, and Never Shaken. Daniel currently lives in Moneta, VA with his wife Rosemary.
Paul Baloche
Paul has written hundreds of worship songs that are sung by thousands of churches each week. “Open the Eyes of My Heart”, “Above All”, “Hosanna”, “Your Name”, and many others are congregational favorites around the world. A three-time Dove Award winning songwriter, Paul travels the globe teaching and leading worship. He served as the Worship Pastor at Community Christian Fellowship in Lindale, Texas for over 25 years. Paul received an MDiv from the Methodist Episcopal Church. He and his wife Rita live in New York City. They have four grown children and three grandchildren.
Meredith Andrews
Meredith is passionate about writing and leading songs that keep people’s hearts and minds set on Jesus. The Dove Award-winning artist uses her musical gifts, love for God and her huge heart for His people – to teach and remind us all about the enormity of our awesome and loving Savior. As a gifted songwriter and recording artist, she has been a part of multiple songs sung by churches across America such as “Open Up The Heavens”, “Lamb of God”, “Not For A Moment”, “Spirit of the Living God,” and “Faith and Wonder.”
Jordan Henderson
Jordan has over 20 years of worship leading experience in local church and parachurch settings. Since graduating from Liberty University with a Bachelors in Worship Studies, God has given Jordan a wide variety of opportunities from church plants to mega-churches, and everything in between. Now as the Vice President of Programs and Strategy for Strategic Renewal he is devoting his full time efforts to helping equip local churches toward a greater commitment to prayer and the Word.

Frequently asked questions
The Worship Cohort coaching groups are designed for eight to ten participants per group. This allows for mutual ministry and application, as well as space for each of the participants to be heard, and known. Commitment requires faithful participation in the coaching calls and completion of course materials.
Once you have selected a group, you will be assigned to that group for the duration of the coaching.
Yes, the Worship Cohort groups are open to both men and women.
This 90-Day experience is designed to put you and your congregation on a path to spiritual renewal and transformation. Our coaches will help you take a full inventory of your current ministry practices and coach you through proven Biblical steps to deepen your intimacy with Christ, increase your effectiveness as a leader, and experience greater fruitfulness in ministry.

All coaching materials are included in the price of registration and will be provided to you at the beginning of your coaching period. This includes your books, as well as supplemental reading and video resources.
There are two options for payment:
• Payment Option #1 is payment in full on or before the first day of the coaching period.
• Payment Option #2 is 3 monthly scheduled payments of $170.00 per month
Once groups have started there is a no-refund policy.
The Worship Cohort sessions will be held on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Groups will meet roughly every other week (when possible) – 7 sessions over 14 weeks.
All coaching sessions will be conducted via Riverside. You will be asked to log in each time preferably with a computer, tablet or smartphone equipped with a camera. All sessions will be recorded and a link provided for those times when you cannot be on the call. We ensure the privacy of coaching participants and will not share the recordings with anyone except the actual participants in the specific group.
